The EEC accepts calls at (949) 824-0500 between the hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. The EEC is closed on weekends and campus holidays.
Employees can access the EEC employee self-service portal 24/7 visit eec.hr.uci.edu to find answers to commonly asked questions or create a case (request for assistance) that will be reviewed within 24 hours.
UCPath is the UC system-wide HR and payroll system. Beginning January 2, 2020, UCI will move to UCPath. You can access your pay stub and other self-service features at UCPath online using your UCINetID and DUO. You can also call the UCPath Center at (855) 982-7284. You need to access the UCPath Center to request benefit changes, information about your pay, and update your personal information.
UCI has created the Employee Experience Center (EEC) to provide local support for your pay and HR questions. The EEC can answer your questions about your pay, timesheet, benefits, leave process, payroll, and provide assistance resolving an issue with the UCPath Center. UCPath is the system of record for your personal data, including your address, preferred name and dependents. Please log in to the UCPath portal to access UCPath Online.
If your request or issue is not resolved by the UCPath Center, please contact the Employee Experience Center (EEC) via employee self-service or call us between 8:30 – 5:00 Monday through Friday. The EEC team can assist on your behalf to get your request or issue resolved.
