ABOUT THE EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE CENTER (EEC)

The Employee Experience Center (EEC) is a centralized UCI service team that supports all UCI employees, dedicated to answering commonly asked questions and providing support related to HR, UCPath, benefits, leaves, payroll, and HR systems.

The EEC and UCPath have a partnership to resolve all UCI employee related issues or concerns. If any UCI employee is in need of assistance, the EEC is available to coordinate a resolution with the UCPath Center.

Our mission is to deliver high quality, consistent service to our faculty, staff, students and partners by listening and identifying their needs. Our goal is to recognize urgency, strive to exceed expectations and gain trust by providing accountability and an effective path toward resolution.
