2025 W-2 Statements Now Available in UCPath

  • Employees who opted for an electronic version of their W-2 statement will receive an email notification when their W-2 statement is available
  • Employees who did not opt-in for an electronic version may still access their W-2 statement in UCPath, and a printed W-2 statement will be sent to the mailing address listed in UCPath no later than February 2, 2026

UC does not send 1095-C or W-2 statements by email or text and does not send email or other reminders about paychecks. Do not open attachments or click email links that claim to provide access. To access your electronic tax or pay documents, always visit UCPath online using a safe, known link.
